  • What you need to bring to your appointment?

    - Referral letter from GP 

    - Medicare card (any other cards?)

    - Private health details if you have them 

    - Copies of xrays or any other reports you have already had done

  • How do I cancel my appointment?

    Cancellations must be done a min of 24 hours before your appointment.  Contact Dr Shannon Kim's rooms on 9804 8999 to do so.

  • Do I need to have a referral to make an appointment?

    YES
